When is the deadline to submit my data?

We recommend submitting by January 15 to ensure timely processing. The IRS filing deadline is March 31, but earlier submission allows time for any necessary corrections or clarifications.

What if I don't have SSNs for all dependents?

For dependents without SSNs, you can provide their Date of Birth (DOB) instead. The IRS accepts DOB as an alternative identifier for dependents on Form 1095-C.

Do I need to include terminated employees?

Yes, if they had coverage during any month of the reporting year. Include all months they were covered, even if they're no longer employed.

How do I access my Box Folder?

After signing up, you'll receive an email invitation to Box.com. Accept the invitation and look for your designated folder. This is your secure upload location. Need help? Watch our Box tutorial.

What's the difference between fully insured and self/level-funded plans?

Groups with fully insured plans do not need to complete the covered individuals tab in the ACAPrime template. For all months that covered individuals were enrolled in a self or level funded plan, the covered individuals tab should be completed. All individuals on the plan should be included: primary employee and then any spouse or dependents.

Can I make changes after submitting?

Yes! Simply upload corrected files to your Box Folder or contact us at [email protected]. We'll use the most recent version of your data.
